This app took my money from my wallet by suspending my account even i didnt do anything wrong. Be careful everyone

I played the game Puppy keep to get free stuff. I been savng for so long to get bugger reward and they dont let me use that credit toward buying my stuff. I followed the rule and not violate anything. they suspended my account even i talked to customer servce. They wasnt helpfull at all. I could buy stuffs with my money but not credit in Wallet from playing again. Dont waste your time on thier game

Nunca había tenido problemas con SHEIN hasta hace poco. Ni se les ocurra agregar una tarjeta o cambiar de tarjeta porque SHEIN por más pruebas que les manden nunca va a ser suficiente y les pedirá más pruebas y cuando por fin se las acepte sus pedidos serán reembolsados porque se vendieron ya. Ellos se niegan a verificar la información que se les proporciona y su servicio al cliente es pésimo. Realmente después de esta experiencia no recomiendo a esta aplicación y es mejor Alibaba que SHEIN

SHEIN & The sellers have a new scam. They are taking the tracking number that they “say” they put on your package. That tracking number actually has a different address and name on it. BUT this person IS in your city. So this person gets the package because their name and address is on it. You get nothing and SHEIN refuses to refund because the tracking number you were provided from SHEIN shows the package was DELIVERED. Even when UPS has a picture of a package in front of a house that IS NOT YOUR HOUSE. THIS HAPPENED TO ME “3” TIMES THIS WEEK. I ordered a 12x12 gazebo. A double camp chair and a beach cart. I Never received anything and this was 3 different sellers. Once with UPS and twice with USPS.

They changed the feature to limit on what you buy I will change shein to fashion nova terrible feature. Will no longer buy from here

Every time I would try to checkout it would send me a code of confirmation to put in before check out (never had to do that before) and I’d put the code in and it wouldn’t work. Tried getting ahold of customer service and nothing..

It was a great app until you added the “you may like” feature. Annoying..

I dont know what’s going on. But every time I add an item for $2.07 when I select the item to buy it jumps up $4-$6! So really you’re not getting any discounts they claim.

Placed my order over 2 weeks ago and my package was supposed to arrive between April 2nd-April 9th and I still haven’t received anything. They sent a message saying they attempted to deliver it but it was returned to the distribution center. There’s no number to call and the customer support bot is no help at all. Can’t get a refund either and I spent almost $300. This app is terrible now since switching to SpeedX delivery. Don’t waste your money here.

They steal money from you, I ordered one thing and it took $27 for me. Are you serious?! not cool dude want my money back

Am giving this review for the owner to see, and for you people, don’t waste your time trying to get free stuff it’s not free the devoloper only responds to REAL people not AI or payed persons, don’t waste your time.

I love SHEIN but the reason that I don’t like is that it has to plus the shipping so yeah that’s why I don’t like it.

Honestly you can never win with the games as hard as you try, it will say you just need to invite one person but no, you’ll need to to invite like 20 new users before your finally able to win and that’s if you make within the time limit before it expires and chances are you won’t so it’ll all be for nothing in the end. It’s not a bad place to shop but don’t get your hopes up when it come to the “free” stuff cause you’ll never get it and you’ll always be right by the finish line

Be extremely careful with your order!! The “promotions” and “coupons” are a complete lie! You have a cart full of items and you’re going through it looking at the price of everything and finally decided to buy it but one by one as you select the item in your cart the price changes. You don’t notice a change until 4 items are selected or more. The first three will be for example 2.46, 5.34. 6.25 and the fourth 8.95. When you add the fourth item it goes down a dollar in price but everything else goes up $2 each and the more you add the more it adds to each individual item. In the end you’re paying $50-$100 more than it would have been without coupons or promotions. If you don’t believe me make a random cart full I mean 20 items. Deselect all of them, look at the prices and watch how it changes each individual items price as you select more

I see a lot of pretty things but I have to try it on and all materials aren’t the same sizes all run different and I hate polyester. My skin is allergic to it so I don’t think this would be the fit for me, but they do have some nice looking clothes on here. I just wish they weren’t polyester..

Do not use shein! They lose your order and won’t reimburse you! Don’t do it’

Awful experience with this app. They delivered the package to another house and are treating me like a thief when I’m asking for my refund since I didn’t receive my items.

The clothes are good, but it keeps taking so much time to come and only one clothes comes out of time and then after that all your clothes comes at a time all your clothes comes, but then after that, you have to like that I have to wait for a long time to get in

By the time the stupid games and spinning wheels, etc. are done, I forget what I came here to buy!!! Dumb and childish. The promotions are worthless. I like the merchandise but it’s hard to shop with constant , fake games popping up all the time! I do t care about them and they are worthless anyway! This is an app for children and teens !!!

My order was delivered to another address and no one wants to take responsibility for my refund.

I had 10 dollars in my bank account and I payed for this cute skirt then I give my address and stuff then they say that I have to pay for it again when I did just a waste of money they SCAMED! ME

This app just throws a bunch of ads at you instead of just letting you peacefully shop, it’s constantly glitching all the items you buy from this app will break on you sooner than later

This app told me if I buy a SHEIN order I get 400 dollar gift card and when I went to order it, it gave me 400 dollars in coupons and I say stick to temu

I Love SHEIN maybe too much!! Very reasonable prices and affordable on everything you need! Super convenient and easy! 9/10 times it will be great quality on the clothes!! I do have one concern… under the “All Orders” section, once you place the order it will divide up everything and it is not all together. You really have to scroll to find something under an order/delivered. It used to be one whole order was all together and not split up on the page. I find that the most annoying. If y’all could somehow please fix that again, that would be amazing. Literally it has one pair of earrings by itself when I ordered almost 7. They are all split. Frustrating. Other than that love the app!!

I’m old in my 50s - been buying off shein since they’ve been around. As far as the app goes it could be better. The pop ups for free coupons etc are annoying. But I’ve been playing the puppy game for over a year now and have won several $30 credits. It just takes a long time and you have to do it consistently everyday. As for people with customer service or product or issues- I’ve never experienced anything like that in over 50 orders and I’m talking mass hauls. The one or 2 times I’ve had something arrive broken I’ve reached out, included a photo and have been reimbursed quickly. Never any issues getting delivered to my location tho the usps is known to mess up my stuff I’ve always gotten my shein stuff. Nothing but positives to say. Sure some stuff may be cheap but if you read the description, pay attention to dimensions and read reviews you’ll be like me and have piles of cool unique fun stuff no one else really has for a great deal.

SHEIN used to be reliable with their shipping but as of now, they’ve begun using really bad shipping companies like GoFo and SpeedX that don’t deliver orders at all or “attempt” multiple times and have packages go missing, just a heads up. Support will be no help, I’m not longer ordering from SHEIN because this happened to multiple of my orders and I’m done, apparently it’s been happening to a bunch of other people too if you read on reddit. Don’t order from them anymore if you actually want to get your packages.

I genuinely love SHEIN because it’s cheap prices for actual good quality stuff but I tried doing the free grift thing and I needed one more shake and I invited my friend who never had the app and they joined it and it appeared on the who joined after I invited them but it never came me my shakes.

While shopping, the app shows one price and then once added to cart, the price goes up significantly! Scammy!!

They literally suspended my acc for no reason & then I made another acc & it made me realize they charge you more if you’ve had your acc for a while because the same things on my wishlist on my old acc cost way more than on my new acc. Then I put my address in to place an order since it was the same address they literally increased the price bc of that. Then they js didn’t even let me purchase

I loved the app, i could buy any item without having to worry about anything, but today i wanted to buy something (three items for 6 dollars) and i come to find that i cant because the minimum to buy is 20 dollars, so not fair, i want being able to buy one item back!!!
